GORDDENT provides general and specialized dental services including, but not limited to, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, smile and facial aesthetics (including veneers, teeth whitening, fillers, hyaluronic acid, botox, and mesotherapy), and dental hygiene.

All treatments are performed by qualified dental professionals in accordance with Serbian healthcare standards.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone at 064 2491677 or by email at [email protected]. We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated no-shows without prior notice may affect future scheduling availability.

4. Patient Records

By attending GORDDENT dental practice, you acknowledge and agree that:

• A patient record will be opened and maintained in your name
• Every appointment, including the date, time, procedures performed, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and clinical notes, will be recorded
• These records are necessary for the safe and effective provision of dental care
• Records are maintained in accordance with Serbian healthcare regulations regarding medical documentation
• You have the right to access your records upon request

5. Patient Reviews & Marketing

By leaving a review about GORDDENT on Google, Google Maps, or any other public platform where our dental practice is listed or marketed, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your review, including your name or username, rating, and review text, may be displayed on the GORDDENT website (gorddent.rs)
• Your review may be used in other GORDDENT marketing materials, both online and offline
• We may display your review alongside other patient testimonials
• If you wish to have your review removed from our website or marketing materials, you may contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it within a reasonable timeframe
